Who we are
SpaceQual is an early-stage platform for helping space hardware teams find environmental qualification test facilities. The website is operated by Arjun Monga in Sweden.

Personal data we collect
At this stage, SpaceQual does not provide user accounts. If you submit the early access form or contact us by email, we may process the information you choose to send, such as your name, organisation, email address, whether you are a test buyer or test facility, and any message, test requirements, facility information, documents, or context included in your enquiry.
The early access form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form handling service, so that submissions can be sent to SpaceQual without opening your email client. We do not intentionally set marketing cookies or run analytics on this landing page. If the site is hosted through GitHub Pages, GitHub may process technical information needed to provide and secure the hosting service.
Why we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries;
- discuss early access, facility onboarding, or test procurement needs;
- develop and validate the SpaceQual platform;
- keep appropriate records of business conversations.
Legal basis
Where GDPR applies, we generally process contact and enquiry data based on legitimate interests: communicating with potential users, facilities, and partners, and developing the SpaceQual service. If we later introduce newsletters, accounts, analytics, or uploads through the website, this policy will be updated to explain those processing activities.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information only when needed to operate the service, respond to your enquiry, comply with law, or work with trusted service providers such as Web3Forms, email providers, and website hosting providers.
Retention
We keep enquiry and business-contact information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request a copy of data you have provided. You can exercise these rights by contacting hello@spacequal.eu.
If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
Changes
SpaceQual is under development. This policy may be updated as the platform adds accounts, RFQ forms, document uploads, facility dashboards, analytics, or other functionality.
